Wholefish Kippers

Kippers are a classic British breakfast and our wholefish kippers are as traditional as they come. The process is to first take a whole herring, split it down the belly and clean it out. The herring is then cold smoked over smouldering woodchips to give it a wonderfully warm flavour. All you have to do to prepare your kipper is to grill it and tuck in!

Serving Suggestion

Serve grilled kippers on toast with a poached egg for a protein-rich breakfast.
